Orders are shipped USPS Priority 3 day.

Shipping is non-refundable.

We make no delivery time guarantees, and we assume no responsibility for carriers unable to pick up an order due to various weather conditions, or other circumstances.

Returns:

We do care about our customers, and we make every effort to deliver your chestnuts in a few days, but chestnuts are perishable.  Because we are a small specialty grower, we cannot accept returns for perishable chestnuts.  If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ChestnutRidgeFarms.org@gmail.com.  We will do our best to address any concerns.
